These classes are a good option for those who have completed the Beginners Pilates course and are looking to challenge themselves a little more! A faster paced class at a higher intensity working with intermediate to advanced level pilates exercises. The duration of this class is 50 MINUTES and the course fee includes access to an online video library of Pilates workouts.
